Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Programme

Safeguarding Against Aggressive Antisocial Behaviour

SAAABs unique approach of delivering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy engages young people.

Our approach of this therapy aims to help young people manage their problems by changing the way they think and behave.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is based on the concept that your thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and actions are interconnected, and that negative thoughts and feelings can trap you in a vicious cycle.

Our CBT programme aims to help young people deal with overwhelming problems in with mental health being high on governments agenda this form of therapy has been shown to be an effective way of treating a number of different mental health conditions.

Therefore we feel its imperative to promote positive mental health. As a result we have chosen to offer this service to local authorities and schools and the feedback has been overwhelming.
